The Cowtown Opry in the Fort
Worth Stockyards National
Historic District invites you to
remember with us as we gather on
the lawn of the Livestock
Exchange Bldg. for a historical
reenactment and musical variety
show celebrating Texas'
independence. Cannons will fire,
rifles will salute, and General
Sam Houston issues a "A Call to
All Texans", then join our
"Texas Our Texas" Sing-Along.

for the chuckwagon dinner and

The Sahawe Indian Dancers,
members of Boy Scout Troop and
Venture Crew 181 from Uvalde,
present annually their Summer
Ceremonials. The fast moving
colorful dances of the Plains
and Southwest Pueblo Indians are
set against a backdrop of
teepees to set the mood for the
performance. The 90 minute
performances feature 16 to 18
different dances that have
thrilled audiences for almost 50
