Nog Cocktail |

You need:
1/4 cream
3 egg yolks
5 tsp sugar
6 wine glasses of whisky
1 wine glass of rum
Serving suggestions:
Beat yolks lightly, then add
sugar and stir until smooth.
Add whisky and rum during
the end of the beating
process. Then beat the cream
stiff and stir in very
lightly. Finally set in a
cool place and it will keep
for many hours.
Notes:
There are many variations on
this recipe and is up to
personal preference.
