Bellini Cocktail |

You need:
2 peaches, peeled and halved
(stone removed)
chilled champagne or
sparkling wine
2 chilled champagne glasses
Serving suggestions:
Place the peaches in a
blender and purée. Then
place peaches once mixed
into a cold champagne glass
and fill up with champagne -
stir as you pour. You should
have 1/3 peach purée to 2/3
champagne. Serve chilled.
Notes:
There are many variations on
this recipe and is up to
personal preference.
