IMPORTANT: Our site traffic is our primary rate modifier and all campaigns are based on last month's actual traffic. Because our traffic has never had a net traffic loss over any 3 month period. It is always beneficial to lock-in at our current traffic rates for as long possible. Advertiser wants a Category Specific Banner displayed in the "Auto Dealership" category. The category received 3,260 impressions last month. Currently only 3 and 6 month campaigns are available and are being offered at a $60CPM. The advertiser elects to purchase 100% of the available impressions for the next 3 months.

• 100% x 3,260 impressions = 3,260 impressions/mo
• 3,260 x 3 months = 9,780 total impressions
• $60 CPM = $0.06 cents per impression
• 9,780 x .06 = $586.80 for 3 full months
• Advertiser receives 100% of all category impressions
• Due to traffic increases over the next 3 months, advertiser receives over 1,200 bonus impressions

Advertiser to display Front Page Banner on our site. The front page received 20,000 impressions last month. There are currently 5,000 available impressions being offered at $40CPM. The advertiser elects to purchase the remaining 25% of the impressions for the next 6 months.

• 25% x 20,000 impressions = 5,000 impressions/mo
• 5,000 x 6 months = 30,000 total impressions
• $40CPM = $0.04 cents per impression
• 30,000 x .04 = $1,200.00 for 6 full months
• Advertiser receives 25% of all front page impressions
• Due to traffic increases over the next 6 months, advertiser receives over 8,000 bonus impressions

• 10% x 1,200,000 impressions = 120,000 impressions/mo
• 120,000 x 3mo. = 360,000 total impressions
• $20CPM = $0.02 cents per impression
• 360,000 x .02 = $7,200 for 3 full months
• Advertiser receives 10% of all site wide impressions
• Due to traffic increases over the next 3 months, advertiser receives over 60,000 bonus impressions
