Built in 1929 and recently
restored, the Majestic is the home of the San
Antonio Symphony. The theatre is located in the
heart of downtown San Antonio and is within
walking distance of most downtown hotels. The
theatre is a beautiful example of re-use of an
historic building and is an extraordinary
example of early theatre architecture and
design. |

Special Seating Arrangements:
The Majestic Theatre offers accessible seating
for patrons in wheelchairs and seating for
patrons with limited mobility. In addition, for
the Broadway in San Antonio performances there
is Close Captioning provided on Sunday matinees.
General Rules:
No cameras or recording devices allowed inside
the theatre. No outside food or beverages.
Children Rules:
The Majestic Theatre requires that all patrons
entering the building for any event must have a
ticket. This includes newborn babies. Anyone
arriving at the theatre without a ticket for
their infant or toddler will be asked to
purchase a ticket at regular price.
