It's hard to imagine, but Microsoft spent $300 million to promote its latest version of MSN. AOL Time Warner spent a similar amount to advertise its newest release. And then there were those Yahoo! talking dolphin commercials - did you ever think you could begin to dislike a dolphin?

As a site that is  pop-up free, officialsanantonio  can't match these marketing budgets. (And, if we had $300 million...well, we'd probably be on an extended vacation someplace warm and tropical.) That's why we're counting on you - our most loyal and (might we add) best looking users - to help get the word out about officialsanantonio- the Web portal  NO pop-ups. Who wouldn't want to hear about that?

Here are some ideas:

  • Say nice things about us to your friends and family...repeatedly, up until the point that it becomes annoying.

  • Get on the rooftop and sing "officialsanantonio" at the top of your lungs. Do this until the police show up.

  • Cut and paste the officialsanantonio URL and send it in an email to everyone you know.

So thanks for taking the time to tell your friends and family about officialsanantonio. It is the ultimate compliment. And we appreciate it.

This first part is negative. But, we do accept the boxer mentality  we rather be looked at as the one with the  builder mentality. We had couple here from a neighbor city further north of us at here at Thanksgiving dinner last year.  The woman is a friend of my wife from college.  During the dinner some how the conversation 'drifted'  to how friendly our city  of San Antonio is.  And this is about comments of this woman's husband.  He remarked that he and the rest of his  cow-town residents  were/are proud of their aloofness coldness.  He remarked that everyone should be out to get what they could 'git'.  This gives you an idea of how that mentality is. I cannot object to business. Business is vital. But, I cannot agree with being a 'cut-throat'.  I feel if you help your neighbor that if you help your neighbor to be strong that will only serve to make you stronger. If you lend him a cup of sugar perhaps one day he will return the favor. Or that old saying ' teach someone how to fish'.  And yes we can only hope.  Our work here on officialsanantonio.com is certainly about attracting business. But, I strongly feel that our community can be the best on this planet.  That we can be an example of how peoples of different cultures can live working together.

OUR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO CREATE INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL  INTEREST FOR OUR COMMUNITIES.
-THE TEXAS HILL COUNTRY- THE TEXAS COAST-AND SOUTH TEXAS.

1 2 3
We must posses two mentalities one  for home  and family and a separate mind set  for business.
No one wants our love of home, family  and Texas to ever change.
Our mentality for Business must change.
We must demonstrate an Aggressiveness in our expectations for the future of our great area.
We must become aware of what we need to do to produce  the type of environment that will attract  corporations of stature.
Laid back attitudes must become a thing of the past in regards to our business dealings.  We must nurture our networks of people who are not just thinking of themselves.  These networks of people are very aware that in working together  everyone will prosper.  The attitude of working in a vacuum is very negative to the growth of our home.  We will all benefit if we realize that  working together as a  team produces maximum benefits for all . Those that realize the benefits of making your neighbors stronger solidifies ones own financial structure.
